Bhagyashri is a Senior Software Engineer with 8.37 years of experience in the IT industry. She is currently working with L&T as a Senior Software Engineer. Bhagyashri is an enthusiastic RPA Developer in UiPath implementations and has implemented end-to-end automation using UiPath. She has hands-on experience in different types of automation such as Web, Desktop, Email, PDF, and Excel using UiPath. Bhagyashri ensures the quality delivery of the process within the agreed deadlines and has good communication skills with an ability to deal with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bhagyashri has good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and is keen to learn new technologies and upskill her knowledge all the time. She has mentored and guided several individuals in their career paths and also provides career counseling. Bhagyashri's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Python, Web, and Infra. Bhagyashri holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from SNJB's KBJ College of Engineering, Chandwad, and a Diploma in Information Technology from SHHJB Polytechnic College.
